CENTRAL OXFORD MOSQUE, MANZIL WAY to CLOSE DUE TO COVID-19

The Committee of our beloved Masjid have met to establish the impact of Central Oxford Masjid remaining open. The rapid, unprecedented spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus has impacted all of us as individuals, families and as a community. With broken hearts we have decided to CLOSE our Masjid after Isha prayer Thursday 19th March 2020. The Masjid will remain closed thereafter until further notice. This decision has been made after consultation with Scholars, our Imams and committee members. We have considered the welfare of our congregation and our moral responsibility towards others especially our elderly and those most vulnerable. We request you to offer your prayers at home in Jam'aat form as families if possible. Please pray for us who have had to make this decision and May Allah swt forgive us and accept our intentions. We will in'sha'Allah be implementing / sharing methods of helping our community shortly and will provide you with further information as we have it. May Allah swt forgive us all and bless all of us with the best of health and strength of faith during these difficult times. JZK

Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan so He may multiply it for him many times over? And it is Allah who withholds and grants abundance, and to Him you will be returned.
